• Participation: what you say or show during recorded live sessions, chat and Q&A (see our Terms on recording).
• Messages you send to our support email or in the Telegram group.
• Basic technical data our hosting provider records automatically, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used for security and performance.

• To process your purchase and deliver your workbook, access details and replays.
• To send event information: reminders, schedule changes and updates.
• To prepare VIP personalized ideas and Elite hot seats.
• To provide support and respond to your requests.
• To send occasional marketing emails about our other programs. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
• To prevent fraud, handle payment disputes and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Intensive, and only as needed for them to do that work, including:

• Stripe, for payment processing.
• Our email service, to deliver your workbook, access details and updates.
• Our video and replay platforms, to deliver live sessions and recordings.
• Telegram, if you choose to join our group. Your use of Telegram is governed by Telegram's own privacy policy, and other members can see your name and messages there.
• Vercel, which hosts this website.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights in a payment dispute or legal claim.

This website does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If we add tools such as analytics or advertising pixels in the future, we will update this policy before doing so.

We keep purchase records for as long as required for tax, accounting and legal purposes. We keep the business details you share for the Intensive only as long as needed to deliver it and support you afterward. Recordings are kept for as long as replays are offered.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop sending you marketing emails, by writing to support@legacy-preneur.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to keep some records, such as purchase history, where the law requires it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them.

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Intensive is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with its effective date.
